Terms and Conditions of 33cc — Rules & Guidelines

1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using any feature of the 33cc platform — available at 33cc.best —, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This acceptance is automatic at the time of registration or first use of the platform, and applies to all available features: Sports Betting, live betting, slots, Live Casino, crash games, jackpots, and any other product offered by 33cc.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and refrain from registering. 33cc reserves the right to update these Terms periodically — changes take effect from the date of publication on this page, with prior email notification to the registered address when the changes are substantial.

2Eligibility and Access Restrictions

To use 33cc, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age complete at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil or be accessing the platform from Brazilian territory;
• Not be listed on any voluntary exclusion list for betting platforms;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law;
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of an employee of 33cc or any of its game providers.

33cc uses automated systems and manual review to verify user eligibility. If an account is found to have been created by someone under 18, it will be closed immediately and all balances — including deposits and winnings — will be frozen in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Falsifying documents to circumvent age verification is a serious violation with legal consequences.

3Registration, Account & Identity Verification

Each user may hold only one active account on the 33cc platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all identified accounts, as well as the blocking of any pending withdrawals. To register, you will need to provide: full name, valid CPF, date of birth, email address, and password.

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is required before withdrawals can be processed and may also be requested at any time in the event of suspicious activity. Accepted documents include: RG, CNH, Brazilian passport, or any other government-issued photo ID. Address verification may be requested via a recent proof of residence (utility bills for water, electricity, gas, or phone in the account holder's name, issued within the last 90 days).

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential. 33cc is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's failure to protect their login information. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately at contato@33cc.best.

Registration details must be accurate and kept up to date. False or outdated information may prevent KYC completion and withdrawal processing. 33cc reserves the right to request identity re-verification at any time, particularly if changes in account usage patterns are detected.

4Acceptable Use of the Platform

The 33cc platform is offered exclusively for personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any software that simulates human actions on the platform;
• Systematic odds arbitrage with the sole purpose of exploiting pricing discrepancies;
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the platform to move funds of illicit origin;
• Account sharing with third parties or using an account on someone else's behalf;
• Any attempt to defraud promotions, bonuses, or the betting system;
• Use of VPN or other means to mask your real geographic location;
• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications directed at the support team or other users.

If any of these behaviors are identified, the account may be immediately closed, withdrawals blocked, and the relevant authorities notified where applicable. 33cc monitors betting behavior in real time and uses fraud detection systems to identify anomalous patterns.

5Betting: General Rules

Every bet placed on 33cc is considered final the moment the system confirms receipt. Confirmation is displayed immediately on screen, along with the ticket number and bet details. Accepted bets cannot be canceled by the user after confirmation, except where the Cash Out feature is available.

The odds displayed on 33cc reflect the value at the time the bet is placed. The platform reserves the right to update odds in real time before final confirmation. If the odds change between the moment you select them and the moment the system processes your bet, you will be notified of the change and may accept or reject the new odds.

Regarding cancelled, postponed, or early-terminated events:

• Events cancelled before they start: all bets are refunded to the account balance;
• Postponed events rescheduled within 24 hours: bets remain valid;
• Events postponed by more than 24 hours: bets are refunded, unless otherwise stated on the event page;
• Early-terminated matches: the result is determined by the score at the time of interruption, provided the minimum regulatory time for that sport has elapsed.

The minimum bet on 33cc is R$ 2,00. Maximum bet limits vary by event and market, and are shown on the bet slip before confirmation. For VIP members, maximum limits increase progressively with each level of the VIP Program.

6Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

33cc accepts the following payment methods for users in Brazil, all operated exclusively in BRL (R$):

• Pix — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. Deposits are credited within seconds; withdrawals are processed in up to 5 minutes;
• Boleto bancário — compensation within 2 business days of payment;
• Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo, subject to issuer approval;
• PicPay — deposit and withdrawal via digital wallet;
• Mercado Pago — deposit and withdrawal via digital wallet;
• TED Bank Transfer — through Brazil's major banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

The minimum deposit is BRL 20.00. The minimum withdrawal is BRL 30.00. 33cc does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals — any banking fees are the sole responsibility of the user's financial institution.

Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, except in specific cases assessed by the support team. Withdrawals must be made to the same CPF holder on record — transfers to third parties are not permitted.

33cc may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for a first withdrawal or for amounts above internally defined thresholds. This practice follows anti-money laundering guidelines and is standard across the digital entertainment industry. KYC review takes up to 48 business hours after all requested documents have been submitted.

7Bonuses, Promotions, and Terms of Use

33cc offers promotions and bonuses for both new and existing users. Each promotion has specific conditions described on the offer page. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are:

• Bonuses can only be redeemed by fully verified accounts;
• Each promotion clearly specifies the rollover (wagering requirement) before withdrawal — ranges from 5x to 25x depending on the offer;
• The rollover for Sports Betting bonuses is calculated on bets with minimum odds of 1.50;
• Bets that are canceled, refunded, or closed via Cash Out before settlement do not count toward the rollover;
• Bonuses have an expiration date — typically 7 days from the date of credit. Unused bonuses are automatically removed from the account once the deadline passes;
• 33cc reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is any suspicion of abuse or betting behavior that suggests a systematic intent to exploit promotions;
• Only one welcome promotion per CPF, IP address, or device.

The weekly cashback from the VIP Program is not subject to rollover — it is credited as real cash every Monday and can be withdrawn via Pix immediately. This benefit is exclusive to the VIP Program and is separate from welcome or reload bonuses, which follow the rollover conditions stated in each offer.

833cc VIP Program

The 33cc VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Entry and progression through the tiers are automatic, based on accumulated VIP points — earned at a rate of 1 point for every R$ 10.00 wagered on any product on the platform.

Benefits at each level include weekly cashback on net losses (5% at Bronze, 10% at Silver, 15% at Gold, 22% at Platinum, and 30% at Diamond), priority Pix withdrawals, higher bet limits, and — for Platinum and Diamond members — a dedicated VIP manager via WhatsApp and access to exclusive jackpots.

33cc reserves the right to adjust tier progression criteria, cashback percentages, and VIP Program benefits with at least 7 days' prior notice by email. VIP points do not expire while the account is active, but may be reset if the account is closed due to a violation of these Terms.

9Casino, Slots & Games of Chance

33cc offers an online casino game library provided by licensed and audited suppliers, including slots, Live Casino, crash games, and more. Each game operates on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by independent laboratories, ensuring unpredictable and fair results.

• Deposit limit: set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly amount. Takes effect immediately upon configuration. Reductions apply instantly; increases are subject to a 24-hour waiting period;
• Loss limit: loss limit per period. Once reached, bets are automatically blocked;
• Session time limit: control the maximum continuous play time. 33cc sends a notification as you approach the limit;
• Temporary self-exclusion: access suspension from 24 hours up to 6 months, with no option for early reversal, available immediately in the account area;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure, requested by email at contato@33cc.best with identity confirmation.

33cc does not reach out to users who are under self-exclusion to offer promotions or encourage them to return to the platform before the set period ends. If you notice signs of compulsive gambling — playing beyond your intentions, chasing losses, neglecting financial responsibilities — 33cc recommends contacting CVV (Centro de Valorização da Vida) at 188 or seeking specialized mental health services.

11Privacy and Data Protection (LGPD)

12Account Closure and Suspension

33cc may suspend or close an account in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creation of multiple accounts;
• Proven fraudulent behavior, including bonus abuse or bet manipulation;
• Voluntary request by the user;
• Activation of temporary or permanent self-exclusion;
• Court order or directive from a competent authority.

In cases of account closure due to a violation, the remaining balance may be frozen during the investigation. If the violation is confirmed, funds may be withheld in accordance with applicable law. In all other cases, the available balance (excluding unmet bonus requirements) is returned to the user via their registered payment method once the final verification is complete.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by emailing contato@33cc.best. The request is processed within 5 business days, following the settlement of any pending bets and the review of any withdrawals in progress.

13Limitation of Liability

33cc employs robust technology and a dedicated technical team to keep the platform available and stable. That said, 33cc is not liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance (with prior notice) or unexpected infrastructure failures;
• Financial losses resulting from delays or connection failures on the user's end;
• Betting decisions made by the user based on information sourced outside the platform;
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the user's own negligence in handling their credentials;
• Processing issues caused by restrictions imposed by the user's own financial institution.

In cases of a verified technical error on the platform that results in improperly accepted bets or incorrect odds due to a system fault, 33cc will adopt the fairest solution for the user — typically cancellation of the affected bet with a full refund to the account balance.

14Changes to These Terms

33cc may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian law, its operations, the products offered, or the conditions of use. Significant changes will be communicated to the registered email address at least 7 days before taking effect.

For minor changes — such as text corrections, formatting adjustments, or clarifications that do not affect rights and obligations — updates take effect without prior notice, with the revision date recorded at the top of this document. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed about the current terms.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the revised conditions.
